Good evening everyone! I am hoping someone can help or provide some guidance. - Ben1970 - 11-23-2024

I been on CPAP Therapy for the past 4 years....then out of the blue....I can no longer even tolerate this thing....even when I try it on...in the day time while on my PC i start getting panic attacks....also I should mentioned when I started this journey I was at 362...and finally this week I am down to 306. I am not sure if the weight loss is also impacting this or not. Thank you for reading this.

Best to start by seeing a standard OSCAR chart of your recent use. Also helpful is knowing info about your sleep study. There's really no default good for everyone settings, machines, so on.

Data is extremely helpful to help us help you navigate the therapy.

One thing that is almost universal is everyone needs to tune their CPAP machine to have individualized settings, to get the best results. And you can do this yourself.
