One year in - how do I reduce CA's - WhatisHip - 11-24-2024 Greetings, One year into therapy and I am looking for tuning suggestions to reduce my CA numbers. Yearly stats attached and last night stats (which were higher than average) Thanks! RE: One year in - how do I reduce CA's - SarcasticDave94 - 11-24-2024 What I'm seeing is a low Central Apnea rate on OSCAR, well below C-AHI 3. Ditto for the historical. Probably don't do anything, as actions to diminish these few CA will probably hurt the therapy for the rest of the events, likely this will become worse for you than what appears to be good therapy. Are they definitely a hindrance to sleep? At that low of a rate, if there is sleep disruptions, look elsewhere for the reason. By the way, your EPR 3 is hindered by Min pressure 6. Consider going to 7 minimum. It's also likely you have Ramp that's active. Remove it as well. Your pressures are low enough to not need the Ramp, it can cause some CA at times. |
