G'Day please have a look - Jackofjr - 12-10-2024 G'Day would anyone mind have a look at this chart and let me know how I'm doing , I tried a V-Com last night but I think I probably should of increased the pressure a bit . Much appreciated regards Jacko . RE: G'Day please have a look - Old Steve - 12-10-2024 You look good to me. What do you think of the V-com? RE: G'Day please have a look - Old Steve - 12-10-2024 I forgot to ask how you were feeling, and to mention that the only thing I saw was that your flow limits were a little high, although running in CPAP mode I wouldn't expect them to be much better. RE: G'Day please have a look - Jackofjr - 12-10-2024 Thanks Steve . I’m not sure what I think of the v-com yet, I only got it out of curiosity. I still feel tied in the daytime but that’s just me , I always have . RE: G'Day please have a look - Expat31 - 12-10-2024 Hi, I agree your graphs look pretty good. Maybe try minimum pressure 8, maximum 11, and EPR set to 3. And see where that goes. RE: G'Day please have a look - Jackofjr - 12-11-2024 Thanks . I have always used a fixed pressure and have never used EPR RE: G'Day please have a look - Old Steve - 12-11-2024 What may be worth a try is to do what I do. I run in CPAP mode at 9.4cm and use EPR set at 2. You may want to experiment with the EPR as it may bring your flow limits down a bit. Flow limitations may cause some arousals affecting your sleep quality. If you try using EPR I am not sure if the V-com will work correctly, so you may want to check that out. Good luck... |
