Hello! This is my first week on a machine. I have an Aircurve 10 Vauto and I've been using vauto mode. Feeling pretty good so far, the mask is no issue and the humidity features have been great for my nasal congestion, but I've been having a lot of CAs and this last night it came in bunches around 3 a.m. Should I be concerned? Is this normal? At home sleep study had 10.5 RDI, 3.2 AHI, still waiting on results from my in-lab sleep study, but it's taking months to hear anything back, so I bought a refurbished machine to try things out.
In the first week, according to OSCAR, my AHI is usually around 3-5, but mostly CA events. Last night, there was this cluster of CA events and it feels like I should be concerned. Can anyone provide any insight or assistance? I've attached some screen shots.

You didn't happen to get your detailed sleep study report? You can post it redacted of your personal info if you'd like. Most important would be the doctor recommendation comments, and then the table of events and count.
For the Central Apnea, you can try the Trigger setting to High or Very High. This will make the VAuto trigger inhale easier, being more sensitive to the switchover.
Typically, unless you have a rather bad case of certain heart conditions, CSR would be a false flag of periodic breathing.

As Dave said, a Very-high trigger setting will resolve much of the central apnea and periodic breathing. Give that a try at current settings, and if necessary, we can revisit pressure after seeing the results.
