Weird Chart Probably Mostly Noise - ThinMountainAir - 12-16-2024

I thought I'd post my Dec. 14 chart as a curiosity.  I've never had anything like it. A typical night is a few CA's and one or two apneas and HAs, as in the Dec. 13 chart  The night of the weird chart wasn't anything unusual other than slightly more leaks and time with my mask off. The next day I felt a little more tired than usual but nothing extreme. Generally speaking, I'm a success story: the usual difficult first few months with my device but with help and adjustment advice from the forum eventually wearing my CPAP device isn't much different than wearing my pajamas.  Hopefully, the weird chart is just an example of a slightly restless night producing a lot of un-important noise.

The only real change I would make is the min change ....  Min 7

Min 5 does not allow the EPR to function correctly and it is to low for most adults.  This change will help your flow limits which in turn will stop your pressures from going up.  The pressure chart should be as straight (without large peaks) to make it a restful night.
