It mitigated my nasal congestion and made the CPAP therapy more effective, lasting the whole night.
My congestion usually started after 1-2 hours of lying horizontally and disappeared within 5-10 minutes of being vertically seated. This congestion caused severe flow limitations, i.e., reduced peak highs both in the inhalation and exhalation periods and diminishing tidal volumes. Because the algorithm found the shape of the peaks not distorted, this limitation did not show up in the AHI figure. Nevertheless, it led to sleep disruptions, fragmented sleep, and awakenings.
I used this Relaxus nasal vent with both FF and nasal masks. It was as effective as the TURBINE dilator below.

However, the Realaxus is manufactured from medical-grade silicon, and I can disinfect it by pouring boiling water over it. Appearantly, it will last for a very long time. Unfortunately, RHINOMED did not allow this sterilization because it is made of composite plastic, which disfigures at elevated temperatures.
Realaxus delivers four different sizes for USD 3.9, which is a bargain.

Unfortunately, I found the vents to be as restrictive as nasal congestion.
