Suggestions to reduce Hypopnea events - sleepless101 - 12-26-2024 Hi, I have only had my resmed aircurve 11 ASV for a week. I was hoping to get some feedback from office however I do not think that will be happening until sometime next week at best. Would it be possible to provide some feedback and/or some recommended settings based on Oscar data? I am providing two attachments, both are from the same evening however they are just displaying different information on the left. Thanks! You have a similar problem that was presented by a member with ASV just a day ago (here is the thread: Still Exhausted on ASV FancyFrog Sleeprider noticed the air "stacking" in this member's OSCAR chart because of too high a PS min. 1st move would seem to be to lower your PS min to 3. See if this helps. RE: Suggestions to reduce Hypopnea events - SarcasticDave94 - 12-26-2024 You might want to redo the settings somewhat. You can follow Jay's suggestion, and maybe further consider doing a self Titration with this chart from ResMed. I would keep the ASV Auto mode, and edit both EPAP Min and Max, then PS Min and Max. Alternate, if you want a simple edit, maybe turn down PS Min to 3 or 4, move the 2 or 3 you cut from PS Min over to EPAP Min, which is currently at 4. I would also suggest turning off the Ramp.
