Changed masks and AHI is higher - advice needed - stardew - 12-31-2024 In the last month or so, I've been using the P10 mask which worked great at lowering my AHI but I didn't find to be too comfortable. I've been trying out the P30I for the last couple days and I really love the top of head attachment, but I'm having a lot more events. Are there any settings I need to fine tune in order to lower the amount of events? I really want to make the P30i work. I've attached photos of 1 night with P10 and 2 nights of P30i. Thank you. Szabo - 12-31-2024 With the new mask, which has somewhat higher flow resistance, you should increase your minimum pressure to 9.4 and the maximum to 12 cm. Also, make sure that you select the pillow mask setting for your instrument. |
