PSG Findings - Any comments - gohoos1998 - 12-31-2024 [attachment=73596] Hi all - I just had another PSG as I wasn't feeling much better. As a bit of a background, I was diagnosed with severe PLMD and was given silenor (doxeopin) to treat the resulting arousals. It looks like it has done the job. I was also diagnosed with mild OSA (AHI = 9) and wear an oral appliance. I wore that in this most recent study. What sticks out to me the most is the difference between the 4% AHI vs 3% AHI score. Goes from 4.5 to 30. Not sure if this is indicative of anything else besides that most of my hypopneas fall between 3% and 4%. I think I have to go the CPAP route, but would love to hear if anyone has any other insight/can glean anything from this that may not be obvious. Thank you in advance - wishing all a more restful 2025! |
