Struggling with OAs after changing pressure - stardew - 01-03-2025

My settings have been anywhere from 8-9 min to 10-11 max but I'm suddenly struggling with more OAs. In my first two weeks of therapy, I had a better AHI (typically <1). These days it seems I'm anywhere from 1-2.90. Any suggestions on the pressure? I'm currently using Resmed P10 pillows.

You may be suffering from positional apnea.  Try lowering your pillow height, side sleeping vs. back sleeping (and keeping something between your chin and chest to prevent chin tucking, and wearing a soft cervical collar during sleep.  You have a few "cluster" of OA's.  This is usually positional apnea.  Your airway "kinks" like a garden hose when your chin tucks downward towards your chest.

If these techniques stop the OA's then your shouldn't have to worry about your pressure much.
