use of room humidifier - sleepingbetterinFl - 01-04-2025 I have not used a room humidifier yet my room is moist and cool - I have adjusted the humidification on my airsense 11 but to no avail. Has anyone with dry nasal passages and breathing issues through the nose found relief with a room humidifier? Does it also help with dry mouth symptoms? RE: use of room humidifier - SarcasticDave94 - 01-04-2025 A room humidifier may help some. Dry mouth indicates mouth breathing. It'll get dry even with the full face mask. Take a look at xylimelts, Walmart, CVS, etc. should have them in stock. These might be helpful. RE: use of room humidifier - Sleepster - 01-04-2025 Have you tried a heated hose? The thing is, a CPAP machine measures the ambient humidity and adjusts accordingly. So if you humidify your bedroom the CPAP machine will automatically lower the humidity it provides. |
