unable to download data on Oscar 1.6 - mariner33 - 01-05-2025
i have Philips Respironics 561CA (P11894251D086). I had downloaded SD card data when using Oscar ver 1.4. the data download was until March 21, 2023. Now I wanted to download SD card data after updating Oscar to ver 1.6. i get the message that I have to send SD data as zip file with data logs to Oscar administrator for review. Please guide me how I can see the data after March 21st, 2023 to date.

The message just stated that it doesn't recognize the CPAP model. This should only occur the first time. Have you verified that it actually did not import the data?
