Res-Med MyAir Glitches - Perplexed and Borderline POd - SilverGuy - 01-18-2025 For many months I have been satisfied with my daily sleep report. It has given me some insight that has proven useful. I'll tell you about my Catch 22 first. I do not have a 'clinician' or respiratory therapist, nor a physician or health provider to monitor my progress in apnea therapy. A couple of mornings ago my sleep report for my Aircurve 10 began showing glitches. 1st glitch was no data for four or five hours after getting up for the morning. Thinking that the modem transmitted on time, something is not right at the other end (ResMed MyAir). My morning score has consistently been in the 90s and 100s and I am faithful in replacing the mask (F30) monthly. I also inspect the air hose for cracks and clean the mask nightly. I'm smart enough to realize when I have an air leak and correct it immediately which helps keep my score up and events per hour down. When I am laying there I am always floating my hand around the entire mask for leaks and when I find one I close it immediately. Glitch # 2 is that my sleep reports SHOW no mask adjustment, which in turn lowers my overall score. Despite new mask, new hose and constant monitoring. Anybody got any ideas? RE: Res-Med MyAir Glitches - Perplexed and Borderline POd - SarcasticDave94 - 01-18-2025 I didn't know how to directly troubleshoot MyAir. I have a copy of the free report tool OSCAR and would rather use it. You should give it a try. You'll need an SD card up to 32 GB in the left slot of your ResMed machine before sleeping to capture data. This will bypass MyAir which I didn't find very useful. You mention not having CPAP support, well now you do here, for free. |
