Help! SleepyHead Problems and PRS1 DS250 - readyforsleep - 03-16-2014 Hi everyone. I just downloaded Sleepyhead. Imported data ( I am pointing to the SD card) and Sleepyhead is not reading the data correctly. There is no current data and the data that it does show is very incomplete. I have a Philips Respironics System One (250p). I have done this process numerous times, even had my husband install Sleepyhead on his PC and have had no luck. Any advice? RE: Help! SleepyHead Problems - trish6hundred - 03-16-2014 Hi readyforsleep, WELCOME! to the forum.! Hang in there and someone who knows the ins & outs of Sleepyhead will help you, soon. Best of luck. RE: Help! SleepyHead Problems and PRS1 DS250 - PaulaO2 - 03-16-2014 I updated the subject line so those that know the PRS1s can see it and get here. All I can say is make sure you have the most up-to-date version of SleepyHead and that your machine is data capable. RE: Help! SleepyHead Problems and PRS1 DS250 - PaulaO2 - 03-16-2014 Ah, that's what I was afraid of. I tried to look it up and didn't get much. RE: Help!
