Are you interested in using software and have you got a personal computer to use? AHI is number of significant events divided by the total amount of time (in hours) = events per hour (avg) 90% pressure - 90% of the time the pressure was at or below this value. While it may appear many of us have taken control of our own therapy, it takes some research to make meaningful changes. Members of the forum can help you understand and interpret any issues and data, but there is no simple guide on what settings should be changed, without first defining the problem and objective.
