I'm new to this about how long do the airfit P10 pillows last?

Hi,
Welcome to the forum! I've been using mine for over six months now, with no loss in performance. I wash the pillows interface daily in warm to hot soap and water, and then rinse well with clear warm to hot water.
The manufacturers recommend replacement every one or two months. Medicare will pay for two items per month. I believe the latter is a bit of overkill.
Silicone rubber products, if properly cleaned and used will last a long time.

I'm hoping that the silicon masks do last a lot longer than advertised as they are very expensive here in Australia. I wash mine daily and am always looking for splits, etc. Luckily none found so far. Only been a couple of months though.

I also find the P10 pillows last about 6 months. It seems absurd to follow ResMed's replacement schedule of every two weeks!
