CPAP Compliance is a term used to describe whether or not a Sleep Apnea patient is utilizing their CPAP machine in accordance with the minimum number of hours prescribed by a physician.
For most Medicare and insurance requirements, a patient is deemed to be compliant if they utilize a CPAP machine for a minimum of four hours each night.
