How to Disconnect a CPAP Hose

Sometimes CPAP hoses are difficult to disconnect. Here is a trick to make it easier.

The trick is not to pull or twist. You need to work on one side of the connector and break it loose. After it's broken loose, you'll probably find it comes off easier.

You want to "bend" the connection like this:

Practice doing this and you'll probably get the feel of it and be able to do it with very little force.

I find the easiest was is to push down on the ends and up in the middle like this:
