Using Correct Proper Titles

Generally, for generic Wiki article titles, the first letter should be capitalized and the remaining words should be in lower case. For example, except a improper title would be "'''Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)'''". A proper title would be "'''Restless leg syndrome (RLS)'''". An exception to this rule would be when the article itself would be considered a proper noun(for example, a page on "'''Philips-Respironics Corporation'''" should not be written as "'''Philips-respironics corporation'''".
