Changes

Images and files have a limit on size and total storage allowance. A member’s storage allowance increases with member group promotions. All member-groups are allow up to 700 KB for images and 1024 KB (1 MB) for files. Sleepyhead screenshot images (.png) are about 150 KB each, so the allowed image sizes should be no problem. Photos will need to be resized to less than 700 KB. Larger multi-page document and PDF files may need to be broken into parts in some cases. Attachment space allowance has been designed to be unlimited:*Users in the "New Members" group (less than 4 posts) have 4 MB of attachment space, with an individual file size limit of 700KB for image files (no other file types allowed for this group).*Users in the "Members" & "Preferred Members" groups have 20 MB of attachment space, with an individual file size limit of 700KB for image files and 1024 KB (1 MB) for all other file types.*Users in the "Advisory Members" group have 30 MB of attachment space, with an individual file size limit of 700KB for image files and 1024 KB (1 MB) for all other file types.*Users in any of the staff groups (Monitors, Moderators, Admin) have 50 MB of attachment space, with an individual file size limit of 700 MB for image files and 1024 KB (1 MB) for all other file types.
