There is an unofficial repository with Fedora and CentOS/RHEL packages at [https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/johanh/oscar/ Fedora Copr], maintained by a forum member. You can follow the instructions on the page to install the software.
Source package is taken directly from the OSCAR project and compiled and packaged for the different Linux distributions (for security, source rpm package can be compared and verified with original source package if necessary).
