To install in CentOS:

sudo yum install epel-releasesudo yum-config-manager --add-repo https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/johanh/oscar/repo/epel-7/johanh-oscar-epel-7.reposudo yum install oscar

Source package is taken directly from the OSCAR project and compiled and packaged for the different Linux distributions (for security, source rpm package can be compared and verified with original source package if necessary).
