The PR machines need a tighter range to be effective than the ResMed machines.  I would start with your Doctor's prescription (settings) rather than nearly wide open if I had the choice.

If you have the sleep study post it, if not get it and post it.  It will help with choosing settings, and alert us to any other conditions such as complex or central apnea that may be present.

For your learning post your charts and ask for recommendations and why the recommendations were made.

the 4-20 (8-20) are intended as initial settings for titration.  EXPECT them to require changing.
