1st Followup Appointment

1st Followup Appointment
Yesterday was my first follow up appointment with my Sleep Doctor. It was very positive. He did order me a different hose and a smaller mask. We have a new Sleep Center at University of Miami that is really nice. Also I have been about to go to two dance/Zumba classes the last two weeks without wanting to falling asleep in the middle of class. CPAP therapy has been so positive for me. Now next step is to lose weight Smile

MIAMI! And the other girl is from Key West (I thought only guys lived there - the Village People tricked me) Looking out at all that snow I realize I'm just living in the wrong place.

USKiwi, that's good news. The smaller mask should be nice. Good for you with the Zumba. I signed up for a Women's Center study group before I was diagnosed and embarrased myself by falling asleep in every session until I learned it was just not going to work. I also fell asleep during psychotherapy wasting 3/4 of the session while of course paying full price. There's so much more to life than sleeping, though I love those Zzzzzs.
I wish you continued good therapy.
