3-D printed masks
Hi everyone long time no see.
Still struggling to find a mask that works and using a wisp and taping my mouth shut which is a real PITA let along the other possible hazards like death.
If you are having fitment issues there may be an answer coming.

Hi Mark, welcome back!
The Inspirate system looks really good in theory, but it does rely on you having a local doctor or clinic equipped to take the stereo images they require to design the mask cushion.
I've never seen a review from an actual user and would be very interested to know if the system lives up to its claims.

I had investigated this process to the extent of a local firm quoting me $150 for the scan and "thickened" STL file to take to a printer and a German co supplies a medical grade elastomer but life got in the way..... it is such an obvious idea I know if I hang on long enough someone will bring to market and these people look like they are close.
