So what it you maximum pressure? I have a little trouble tolerating the high end. My Doc's prescription was 5-15, but I turned it down to 13 because 15 was hurting me. I have been creeping it back up .2 a week and I am back up to 15 now. So I am wondering how you know where to set your height end. AHI<.5 sound good to me

my max pressure is 25 don't think I've ever gone that high though, 90% of the time its 16 or under.
i'm not sure there is much benefit in lowering the max as it will only go as high as needed. i do remember my lungs hurting for a while when first starting out but it's no longer an issue.

I still can't say I feel any better than I did before I started therapy but I feel as good s I did before the therapy made me feel bad. I have learned to sleep on my back which I never could do before therapy. I still enjoy an off night with my face buried in the pillow once a week. (The way I have slept all my life B4 Therapy)
