AHI 0.00 but flow limits increased

AHI 0.00 but flow limits increased
I have somehow had 0.00 AHI scores 3x in the past week, but my flow limits have been over .10 at the 95th percentile (whereas before this past week I was able to get that number below .10 but AHI was around .3-1.0).  I have attached the screenshots.  I feel pretty good overall so I assume this is probably nothing to be concerned with?  Sometimes I feel like I don't get enough air through my N30 cushion and have to adjust it a bit to breathe better and wondered if that affects flow rate?  I tried pillows but couldn't exhale.  Thanks for any feedback!

I believe you would benefit from a somewhat increased minimum pressure.
Have you looked into your high tidal volume yet?

Ok thanks. No I didn’t know mine was high…what does that mean?

Maybe I should try a night without the “soft” setting as well?

I had a bad experience with the soft setting. It is too lazy to increase the pressure quickly enough to combat obstructions.
There are formulas (see the wiki and this forum) for the ideal tidal volume, which includes your weight. Run some calculations.

You might also want to post a 3-minute window around 20:15 on May 1. You might have a palatal prolapse there or some exhalation imitation.

Looks like my ideal range is 410-547 so I am well above that...however I weight quite a bit more than the ideal body weight so I'm not sure how that factors in? Is this something to be concerned about enough to let my doctor know?

here's that 3 min window you requested

This is ok. No problem.
As for the Tidal volume, perhaps an MD might wish to comment on that; BTW, my understanding is that there are formulas which consider your actual weight, but I could be mistaken.

RE: AHI 0.00 but flow limits increased
Ok, well as long as I'm feeling good and well rested and my AHI numbers are so low should I even worry much about flow limits, tidal volumes, etc? I let my doctor know about the tidal volumes just in case. I'm curious how you would even lower that? You mentioned increasing my min pressure but my range is already 10-12...I'm getting close to being just a CPAP vs an APAP at this rate unless you think I should increase my max as well?
