AHI getting worse

AHI getting worse
I've been on CPAP therapy for 6 years and it has mostly been going well with AHI consistently below 5. My original sleep study showed OA with very few CA events, and following the advice I have seen on this forum, I have set my own pressures on the APAP with good results for OA, and also managed to keep my hypopneas down with an EPR of 3. However, the hypopneas and and the CA events have not gone away. I also often still feel sleepy during the day and lately my CA events have been getting worse. I attach OSCAR screenshots. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

RE: AHI getting worse
Reduce your EPR to 2 and let's see if that reduces the CA events. I'm guessing that they are Treatment Emergent Central Apnea and are CO2 induced. This should increase your CO2 levels and reduce your CA events.
