RE: AHI is 5, doctor says it's not a problem
Thank you for your kind message Arie, it is very refreshing to know that there exist such a helpdesk. I will certainly message your association. I will wait to receive my actual sleep test report so that I can have a more meaningful conversation with you and then I will reach out...very much appreciated...and I will also tell you the name of the sleep test I went to so that you can cross that out from your list of recommendation because it was pretty bad

I will try to repeat it (even if my doctor right now is enthusiastic to dismiss this as "case solved", I will push back).

Some human contact with the sleep clinic would've helped get accurate results but I have not spoken with a human for the whole process....Jesus these sleep centers can be bad.

well during sleep study my ahi was 40+
during cpap therapy without wedge pillow and cervical pillow my ahi was 1.8
during cpap therapy with wedge pillow and cervical pillow my ahi falls to 0.1
so i can say wedge pillow significantly decreases ahi
