AHI zero?

AHI zero?
I have been using CPAP for several months now and it's been a game changer.  I adapted very quickly and sleep well.  I use the Resmed Airsense11 at home and the Airmini when traveling, which is often.

I've noticed a slow but steady decrease in the amount of AHI events listed on the Airsense 11 screen.. sometimes the data takes time to upload.

This morning, I showed good usage and good low leak rate (all good).

The AHI events read "zero."

Is this possible or most likely erroneous?   FWIW.. I slept almost 8 hours without getting up once.

Zero is not a target, but there are several here that occasionally get a zero. Target is a good and restful night's sleep.

RE: AHI zero?
I get one or more '0's' each month.  What you might wish to be more interested in is the weekly and monthly averages, which are part of the metrics available in OSCAR.  I also have the occasional '2.1', or most often a '1.2'.  These, along with the '0's', are outliers which don't affect the average much due to their rarity.  Instead, look to the averages quoted in OSCAR and those tell you what your 'typical' night has been lately.  If it's below 1.0, you're doing swimmingly.  Even below 3.0 is good, especially if you have been diagnosed in the moderate to severe ranges of OSA.

I have had 0.00 numerous times. It is a legitimate reading.

There have been several reports of the AS10 reporting 0.0 consecutively. If they are back-to-back, I suggest unplugging the unit letting sit for a minute or two, then plug it back in. If you still get 0.0, I'd tend to believe it then.

I average about 1 zero per month (with a nightly AHI average of around 0.4). I was surprised the first time I saw one, but they definitely happen. Sure beats the 90+ AHI I had pre-CPAP!

So, I'm a "new guy" and actually got a 0 last week.

I'm going to go over that night and look for events that weren't flagged.
