The bottom chart you posted would be the best one to use we really don't need all the apnea areas, just looking for the flow, but you must get it at least as large as the sample I sent you to tell much of anything about it.  You should call the sleep doctor and demand a copy of his sleep test, there is a lot more to them than just his AHI.

How is he sleeping and feeling now? If not better I think that I would run the minimum pressure up to perhaps 10cm.  If that helps great, if not you could also try going to APAP mode, start at 7cm minimum pressure with an EPR of 2 and 15cm maximum pressure and see if it helps.  If it doesn't I will try to find someone that is much more knowledgeable than I am to help you.

He said he felt exhausted.

OK, I see sporadic CAs. To address this, I'd try reducing the EPR to 2 and the pressure to 8. This will still provide an EPAP pressure of 6. Turning off the ramp is also recommended. See how the charts appear then.

Haven't gotten a response from him yet on how rested he feels

He keeps turning the ramp back on. Says the air hits him in the face and he doesn't like it, and he doesn't understand how a 30 minute ramp is hurting anything.

At what point did this thread go from you to your father? I don't see any history posted for him. Did I miss it? Things like age, medical issues, and meds platy a role in this. Please look at the duration o the CAs what is the range?
