Here is last nights graphs. Please Help me. 34 Y/o Male, normal weight and BMI, light smoker, 1 or 2 caffeinated drinks a day, 1 or 2 alcoholic drinks a week, mouthbreather

RE: Pawpri - Therapy Analysis
Are you aware if your friend was sleeping on his back or side between 12:45 and 1:45?
See the string of Apneas during that time? This is called Positional Apnea, usually caused from chin tucking. He's sleeping in a way that his head is tucked into his chest and cutting off his air... like a kink in a hose cuts off water. Actually, this can occur whether you're on your side or back. Read through this article to better understand: Positional Apnea I think this was brought up in your previous thread.

I am wondering if it is something to do with his beard because he wasn't snoring or having leaks until a month or so ago. But that could also be it. Tucking his head while on his side. Because sometimes it works great and sometimes he's snoring, on his side, with the mask on. He went to the dr and they adjusted his machine to bipap Thank you

RE: Pawpri - Therapy Analysis
Snoring seems to have stopped since the dr changed his settings. I haven't checked the data yet.
He still isn't feeling rested when he sleeps. Possibly just not enough hours of sleep, but idk. Will look at the data later today or something. I now am getting my own CPAP as well

RE: AT's Therapy Analysis
We are getting into allergy season. Does he use a saline sinus rinse followed by FloNase or other sinus allergy product ~ 1hour before bedtime?
He definitely was sawing logs the other night between 0040 and 0140. Keep us posted with OSCAR Reports and do start your own thread once you get your machine. |
