RE: Abdulfakih - Therapy Thread
Your tidal volume is a little low (median). Even with relatively low pressure(s) of epap median 5 and ipap median 8, you have leaks occurring all night long. Relatively low preset pressure(s) + leaks = even lower therapeutic pressure(s).

I honestly don't remember what mask I was using, but I think it was the full face fisher mask I got. Not sure what settings and mask should I try to resume my treatment
RE: Abdulfakih - Therapy Thread
If your epap is 5 median with leaks, that may be equivalent to epap 4. Most people fell "air starved" at this low a pressure (feel like they are suffocating because not enough air).
Your flow rate chart is not very smooth at all. All night long not smooth. Random spikes pretty frequently (may be causing a lot of arousals). Not all of them line up with flow limitations, etc. either. Not sure what to make of this.

RE: Abdulfakih - Therapy Thread
Okay. Let’s wait and see what sleeprider suggests
RE: Abdulfakih - Therapy Thread
Let's try the minimum possible pressure with ASV and see what happens.
Mode ASV (not auto)
EPAP 4.0
PS Min 2.0
PS max 7.0
I think this may allow more obstructive events, but may help with your pressure complaints.
