Interpreting OSCAR, Clusters of Central Apnea
#61
RE: Interpreting OSCAR, Clusters of Central Apnea
Are the FL and/or hypopnea a disruption to sleep or not? If you try to chase these small bits down, the likeliness CA go up is pretty strong. Remember you're at around 1 AHI and the goal is not a zero but as low as you can get these and maintaining comfortable rest and sleep. So if the residual events are not a disturbance, don't chase after them. Choose your therapy battles carefully, as some are not worth the fight and are not always worth stressing over it.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

Letsrun as your AHI is less than 1 I suggest leaving well alone, don’t chase the 0 it’s not achievable your settings are optimised it’s now about sleep and comfort
