hour usage [A10 not reporting]
Hi. I use the Aircurve 10 and all of a sudden my usage is not registering. Will my provider still be able to see the time I have used it each day? Or should I not even bother wearing it till I can get in to the provider? I dont want to non compliant.

How do you know it is not recording it?
If you look at it after 12pm, it won't be there on the screen. That's when the machine switches days. Noon to Noon is what it considers a "day". You can change the report on the screen to be monthly vs daily. You should see that change each day.

Hi Karebare. Welcome to Apnea Board.
When you say your usage is not showing, do you mean on MyAir? If so, have a word to your supplier and let them know there is a problem. It's very likely that the problem is in the cellular connection between your machine and the Resmed server. Unless something has gone very wrong, you should still be getting a full record on the SD card in your machine. And if you don't have a card in your machine, then get one - any cheap SD card form an electrical / computer / camera shop will do. The DME will be able to read the card and confirm your compliance. The SD card will also allow you to use #SleepyHead software, which gives far more data than MyAir, and will allow you to optimise your treatment in great detail. No - definitely do not stop using your machine just because of a problem with MyAir. The machine is there to improve your health - compliance requirements are secondary. Use it all night, every night.

On the screen that says usage hours on the actual machine...it usually tells how many minutes and then how many hours. I have been on it for 2 hrs and it only says 16 minutes. I have both green faces though.
