my lowest AHI yet!!! I am using a slightly smaller scc and trying my hardest to only sleep on my side. Is there anything else i can do? Am i still dealing with positional apneas?

Spent a few nights with the smaller scc. Still don't think I'm where i am supposed to be though. is there anything else i can do? I really need help guys, please..

I wonder if you have any way to video yourself at night? (to see how you are moving around)
Also, there is a phone App called Torena that can record your sleeping position (You strap the phone to your chest) and can also cause the phone to vibrate and can even buzz the vibrator to allert you when you move onto your back.
