Advise requested: Should I LOWER my pressure?
Should I lower my pressure? If anyone wants to opine or look at my numbers feel free.

My AHI 0.28        30 days 1.06 90 days &   1.34 365 days

Leak 8.76 L/min. 30 days  9.15 90 days & 19.83 365 days

My current pressure is 17 (15.8 last 2 days and my events went DOWN)

Weight went down from 276 340 days ago to 222 today.

Thx

Since your post deals with your therapy and not software, I am moving it to the Main Forum.

Thanks I appreciate the heads up. I included it in software since I thought that adjusting the software would be required.

Thanks for letting me know the correct place to post this.

If you find your events, leak, aerophagia, etc is going down with decreasing pressure, then yes you should further explore lower it. Make sure to change things very slowly if you feel like you're already getting somewhat effective therapy. Ideally, we want the lowest, fully effective average pressure.

Would it be possible for you to post a few OSCAR charts representative of your question? Folks may like to see the data to better suggest a path forward. If you need help with OSCAR, there are many here very computer savvy who can help.

Congratulations on the weight loss.

That much weight loss could mean several changes in the whole sleep setup.

Mask style and size, Soft Cervical Collar size, even your pillow may benefit from a change.

As PL&P said, there is much to be learned from you posting some OSCAR Reports. If you need help posting, let us know, we are here to help.

Should I switch from S Mode to VAuto mode?
I’m thinking of switching my ResMed AirCurve 10 from S mode 15-10 to V auto mode using 15.8 my 95% pressure as the max and 8 or 10 as the min since I’m averaging 0.1 AHI in the last week since I lowered the pressure from 17 to 15 and 0.9 AHI over the last 6 months.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Post two or three of your most recent nights.  That will give us a feel for what's going on.

Set up your Screenshots as described in these links:

Also, I merged your two most recent threads. Going forward, please use this thread to post your therapy questions and your charts. This makes it easier for those offering advice to see your history in one place. Thanks!
