Oscar 1.3.0 vs. Microsoft Defender Safe Screen
I don't know how much I would benefit from the update for my Windows 10, but Windows Defender Smart Screen keeps popping up refusing to run it. I came directly to the link for it here, and downloaded it with the same results.

Is there not a "Safe" list you could add the URL or the OSCAR name to?
