Programme change guidance to eliminate apneas

Programme change guidance to eliminate apneas
Programming guidance request for ResMed Aircurve 10 ST-A unit. I have access to program changes on the machine but lack understanding of what changes will result in my desired objective.

Objective- Increase the size and rate of pressure change designed to stop an apnea. I have moderate to severe central apnea and essentially "stop breathing" 7 or more times per night. I am waking from these events with varying degrees of atrial tachycardia. Fortunately I can remedy the condition with magnesium taurate (I am a chemist and developed my own successful medication for rapid recovery from atrial tachycardia). The goal of this eliminating the atrial tachycardia by increasing the rate and magnitude of  my Bi-pap machine response when the apneas occur.

The current settings are:
- mode - IVAPS
-Height - 78 inches
- Target PT Rate - 12
-Target VA 9.5L/min
-EPAP 8.0
-Min PS 8.0
-Max PS - 12.0
-Ti Max - 2.5s
-Ti Min - 1.0s
-Rise time - 250ms
-Trigger - Very high
-Cycle - High
- Mask - Full Face
- Ramp time - Off
-Humidity - 4

I look forward to your guidance.

NOTE:  This thread has been moved from the Forum Account Help Forum to the Main Forum, as this is more of a request for help to optimize your apnea therapy and Cpap settings and not an issue with your forum account.

FijiFarmer,
In order to better help you, please download the OSCAR software.  Tutorials to upload data from OSCAR for review are below in my signature line.

For detailed data, be sure you have an SD card in your pap machine while sleeping.
