Nice to see the improvement in your results and how it translates into how you feel. That is the basis of success. For allergies, I use fluticasone propionate (Flonase), and it helps a lot with nasal congestion and using the CPAP. I think a good argument could be made to increase minimum pressure to 7.0. Other than that, looks great.

Been using Flonase off an on for a light cough I've had since New Years flu. Seems to help a bit though not 100%, hot liquids always do the trick if I can drink them without coughing. Inly othdr thing I didnt mention is I sleep much better when exhausted from a long day, trying to track that to make sure though may be a good argument for exercising or being more active.

Thinking the same on pressure increase, last nights graph pointed to that as well.
