RE: AirCurve 10 VAuto Settings
The only change I would consider is an increase in PS to 4.2 for now and maybe 4.4 later. Keep track of the 95% flow limit vs centrals.

RE: AirCurve 10 VAuto Settings
Thank you, sir!
By the way, 95% or 99.5%....or both?
RE: AirCurve 10 VAuto Settings
I only monitor the 95% FL as an indicator. It's a larger portion of the sample, and seems to be more statistically significant to sleep. Lots more variation out on the 99.5% tail of distribution.
RE: AirCurve 10 VAuto Settings
Got it!
Last night I increased PS from 4.0 to 4.2. 95% FL increased by 0.01, which is negligible. Similarly, 99.5% went from 0.23 to 0.25. A slight increase in CA events, from 2 to 5.
I'll keep running with these settings for now.
Thanks again!
RE: AirCurve 10 VAuto Settings
And here's my latest chart. Looks pretty standard in the last few days, with total AHI numbers below 1. Typically, CA events numbers are equal or slightly higher than the hypopnea events, but with CAs at 3 (and often lower), I suppose that's nothing to worry about.
Overall, feeling considerably better now, ever since I started using BiPap machine, as opposed to my old CPAP machine. Still not a 100%, but the improvement is obvious. Since I've only been using my new machine for just about a week, I am hoping to see further improvement...fingers crossed.
