5 years and never looked at the stats, need advice
I pulled these stats this morning.
I am super tired all the time, and I'm wondering if there's anything I could adjust on the CPAP to get me better sleep. Show me the way.
Resmed Airsense 10 with facemask.

6.54 usage hours
8.2 events per hour
Mask seal and humidifier smiley face
Ave. Usage 5.6
Pressure 11.1
Leak 0L/min
AHI 7.5
Total AI 6.9
Central AI 5.9

Welcome to the Apnea Board, there are some knowledgable people here that should be able to help.  First you will need to download OSCAR, then post some nightly charts.

The download for OSCAR is in the center of the black banner near the top of this page.

I've tweaked my minimum pressure and my vents did go down, but I had a lot of air swallowing. I'm going to keep fiddling until I get 5 or fewer events per hour.

A much better way is do it through data.  The data we need is from oscar.  It is completely free download from the top of the site and almost everything we need to see is in the charts
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Is there an android version of Oscar? It's been so long since I've turned on my computer, it's probably going to take 2 hours of updates to even get it going.
