Maybe you have chin drop.

When you say it wont stay on. What do you mean? Before you bought it did you use the fit guide and measure you head for the frame? Maybe you bought the wrong size. It would need be to be snug on your face.

Put the mask on right under you nose. tighten up up the straps. turn on the machine. if you feel it leaking around the edges tighten up the straps. Once you dont feel or hear air. lay down like you would for sleeping. do you feel air around the seal areas? if so tighten it just a bit more. We dont want to over tighten it.

When the leak rate is that high the stats are mostly all inaccurate.
Thank you,

Make it so.  The F30 is a sort of diva.  At the moment you may sleep without mask as well.

So I did just about everything possible to fit the mask. When I go to sleep with it, it stays on really well. Something happens 2-3 hours into my sleep though where it seems I take it off for some reason. I had to up the lower pressure to 8 and turn off ramp time, because before I would not be able to even fall asleep with it without feeling like I'm short of breath and starving for oxygen. Tonight was the most comfortable with that raised lower pressure - at this point I don't care about the lab conditions if I feel like I'm suffocating when using it. However leakage is still high-ish and I took it off yet again.
