Not sure how you're faring on the PAP therapy, but that last OSCAR chart was a trainwreck as I assume wreck describes you afterwards as well. I wouldn't accept that as reasonably or humanely treated to anything other than a failure of successful treatment.

I'd say this is a Kalifornia method thing. In PA, within the last 3 months, I did a titration sleep study with a F&P Simplus full face mask. I got to keep this mask as the tech would be otherwise directed to can it due to COVID.

your doc may or may not be right in your case but I'll just say that rem & neck position are not mutually exclusive. indeed, it's conceivable that relaxed muscle/tissue associated with deeper sleep may make us more susceptible to restricted airway as a result of neck position. did the doc suggest a remedy? if not, a soft cervical collar works well, regardless of sleep stage.
