Am I waking up?
I have a lot of this pattern shown in the screenshot. Does it mean I am waking up. Do I have to worry about it?
Thanks

RE: Am I waking up?
Are you waking up? Yes, a little bit, probably. Is it a problem? That depends on a lot of things. How much it happens, what sleep stage it's interrupting, how significant the interruption is, and how sensitive you are to it are all things I cannot answer for you from one little screenshot, and likely I won't be able to answer some of those questions at all.

If your overall numbers look good and you still don't feel rested, it's another thing to start looking at. You are sitting around AHI of 2 at the moment so there's still likely room for improvement there before we start working on idiopathic arousals.
Look, I'm an engineer, not a doctor! Please don't take my opinion as a substitute for medical advice.
