SD CARD PROTECTIVE FOLDER
Does anyone know a source of empty ResMed "SDHC CARD PROTECTIVE FOLDERS" card protective folders that can fit in a #10 envelope for use in Card-Cloud returns to DMEs? They have a little molded plastic protective sleeve that protects the card. 

I can get one by purchasing a new SDHC card, but I already have several cards.
