tried 10 with EPR 1 yesterday, ahi up to 1.8, more CA and OA and FL and a few reras.
Maybe too high, or maybe it's the EPR? But I can't really exhale against 10 anyway.
So I'll keep it at 9 and if ahi is under 1, stop bothering about a few events and that's it?

EPR = Expiratory Pressure Relief. ResMed calls it EPR in the AirSense 10, and Respironics calls it A-Flex (or C-Flex, depending if it's running as an APAP or a CPAP). It reduces the pressure by a certain amount (I think both reduce current pressure by a maximum of 3 cm H2O) to make it easier to exhale.

Ahi is best with those settings
I cant really exhale against 10 anyway, 9 is max I tolerate.

back to 9 with flex off, ahi down to 0.42 2O, 1FL, 1H
probably as good as it gets, will keep it there.

Now my main issue is getting the leaks under control.
If too slack, it leaks.
If too tight, it hurts pretty bad under my nose.
I can't keep it on more than 6-7 hours usually. I skipped a night once due to pain.

Swallowing too much air at 9, tried 8 last night, less trouble, but slightly more FL, but AHI under control. Will try 8 for a while.
Main issue is the mask hurts below my nose.
