new user question about my numbers

RE: new user question about my numbers
You (I think) are looking at events, not the index.
7 events over an 8-9 hr night is insignificant, 7 events in 5 minutes is a real problem. The index tells a better, more complete story. When you ask a question you should post new data. Based on your week old data you don't have a problem with your numbers, and your how you feel question looks like you are doing better

RE: new user question about my numbers
Thank you Gideon for your reply.

Here are more recent charts.  Sometimes I feel like I slept like a rock, but then wake up tired.  Not sure why.

I wish I could get my AHI numbers below 1 consistently, but doesn't seem to be happening.

RE: new user question about my numbers
AHI consistently below 1 is not a realistic goal.
You should always post a full nights chart, and in addition zoomed or other views you have questions about. The full night give us a better sense of context of what is happening especially before and after zoomed views.
