Anyone feel like taking a stab at my numbers?

Anyone feel like taking a stab at my numbers?
I'm an RN but a new CPAP wearer and unfamiliar with diagnosing my numbers. Can any experienced CPAPers tell me what Im looking at? Ive been on Auto CPAP for 3 days now and was experiencing an obstruction during expiration which was waking me up and causing me to rip the thing off my face in the early morning hrs. Someone suggested I bump my pressures up which I did and had no issues last night. My prescribed settings were a low pressure of 6 and a high pressure of 18. I bumped them to 8-20. Too high? The 20 makes me nervous but then again this is all new to me. See below:

cardiacthug,
If you are experiencing a resistance on exhaling, then use the FLEX setting on your machine. There should be a setting for 1,2 or 3.

This is a comfort feature and will give some relief when exhaling.
Example: if your pressure goes up to 10 and your set your FLEX setting at 2, the machine will drop the pressure to 8 when exhaling.

I would run with your current settings a little longer to see if there might be a trend that you can pick up on.

I think flex would bring the exhale obstruction back.
I do the same thing in a ffm. Tongue falls back and cuts off my exhale.
Unless i up the pressure
