Anyone know of an App or Video Program that can Record Sleep Position Automatically?
Hi, yup another thread and possibly a stupid question, sorry.
I was reading some posts and saw one about an app named Sleep Tracker. I was going to try it until I read that the main benefits are an alarm clock, which I don't need, and records sounds like snoring and sleep talking. I don't need those features either because I have a video camera with microphone. Unfortunately though, my video program, made by RING, does not catch all my movements consistently. There appear to be large gaps between video clips of movement.
Does anyone know of an app or video program that can more accurately record what position one is sleeping in?
Thank you for reading.

I have a different brand camera than you. I set it to constantly record when I slept instead of the normal motion detection setting. Each morning I offloaded the data from the camera to my PC from its SD card. I then could look at events in OSCAR and look around the same timestamp to see my position and any movement during that period. Just make sure both the camera and the CPAP are as close as possible to the correct time.

Morning Crimson Nape.
If you don't mind me asking, what brand and model do you have? I don't think my RING system is capable of continual, (without gaps even in live view), recording. When I go to live view I still get gaps. I have checked in settings and don't see how to adjust this.
Thanks in advance.

I used either the Amcrest or Foscam camera. I have both and can't remember which one I used. It was about 7 years ago. Here is a link to see what both look like. Both allow for sound as well.
